DR.TUNING develops all its software applications and tuning solutions entirely in-house. Every product listed on drtuning.net is original—independently engineered by our own team—with no external affiliations or connections to any other software company.
All DR.TUNING software tools and applications are intended strictly for experimental, educational, motorsport, off-road, and racing purposes only. Our products are not designed or approved for use on public roads or vehicles subject to local road regulations.
Emissions-related functions. Features that modify or disable emissions-control systems — including DPF, EGR, SCR/AdBlue, lambda/O2, catalyst, and related OBD readiness functions — are provided exclusively for off-road, closed-course, motorsport, laboratory, and diagnostic testing on vehicles that are not operated on public roads. They must not be used to defeat, circumvent, mask, or misrepresent any emissions inspection, roadworthiness test, or regulatory compliance check. Using our software to present a non-compliant vehicle as compliant, or to conceal a fault from an inspection, is expressly prohibited and constitutes misuse of the service.
Any customer purchasing or using our software is solely responsible for compliance with the laws and regulations of their own country, region, or jurisdiction. DR.TUNING assumes no liability for any misuse, improper installation, or application of our tools and software contrary to legal requirements or outside the stated intended purposes.
By using DR.TUNING software or services, you accept full responsibility for understanding and following applicable local laws. Any legal consequences or regulatory penalties arising from the use of our products remain solely with the end user.
